Anything is possible! Have you ever heard anyone saying “Be careful what you wish for” well how true this saying really is. When you wish for something you really want you do so with great emotion as you visualise that what it is you want. Well you know you can apply this to just about anything. Yea right I hear you say – if you are sceptical you have nothing to loose why not give it a go!
The reason behind the saying “Be careful what you wish for” is the fact that energy follows thought. How often have you gotten out of bed, stepped on the cat, tripped over a toy car, gone down stairs dropped the Cornflakes, had an argument with your spouse about the most trivial matter, had someone cut in front of you on the school run while all the time saying “I know this is just going to be one of those days”.
Why are these things continuing to happen in your day? … Because energy follows thought and you attract what you think about … so if you allow yourself to be angry when you fall over the cat or the toy, you are building up a very negative emotion which attracts more negative things to keep happening and so the day appears to get worse and worse.
So next time it seems like it’s going to be one of those days STOP and realise you are creating this yourself. Decide “I am going to be happy today” i.e. change the negative thought to a positive thought thereby changing your vibration and saying this with a smile sends such a positive vibe out there – I guarantee you, you will attract a better day. Did you know smiling at someone could quite possibly change their vibration from one of sadness to one of happiness .. nice thought! If it works for you go one step further and realise you can manifest anything you truly want … or maybe that’s for another day!
